These terms apply when you submit a planning request through Skinia.

A request is not a booking
Submitting the form creates a request and reference number only. No appointment, hotel, flight, visa service or tour is confirmed until Skinia provides separate written confirmation.
No payment through this site
The website does not currently collect payments. Do not send card details, passport copies or medical documents through the form.
Medical decisions
Skinia is a coordination service, not a clinic. A licensed clinician must assess suitability, explain risks and make treatment decisions. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Prices and availability
Any price in USD will depend on the individual review, provider availability, treatment scope and travel choices. A quotation is not final until its validity and inclusions are stated in writing.
Travel responsibilities
Flights, visas, insurance and entry requirements remain subject to authorities and third-party providers. Tourism is optional and must not conflict with clinical advice.
Cancellation
You can cancel an unconfirmed request through the tracking page. Separately confirmed services may have different cancellation and refund terms supplied before payment.
