Information we collect
Your name, country, email, WhatsApp number, selected service, travel date, number of travellers and travel preferences. Do not submit medical records, passport copies or payment information.
Why we use it
To record, review and respond to your request, coordinate the services you ask about, prevent abuse and keep an operational record.
Storage and retention
Requests are stored securely for up to 90 days, then removed automatically. Limited security counters may be kept briefly to prevent repeated misuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share necessary details with a selected clinic, hotel or travel provider only after discussing the next step with you. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may track or cancel an open request using its reference and email. You may also contact Skinia to ask about access, correction or deletion.
